For the last few years, I’ve dreamed of creating a timeless line of earrings in honor of a few individuals who had an unforgettable impact on the creation of my company. Without their support, Liza Yates Design wouldn’t be what it is today, and they will always hold a special place in my heart.

The collection is named after my greatest cheerleader, my mom, affectionately known to her grandchildren as “Lou Lou.” Throughout every success, challenge, and everything in between, she has supported me unconditionally. I love you, Mama. 

Courtney, Allie, Dede & Kate significantly impacted my life and career, providing the courage to ignite my business six years ago and the confidence to continue a vulnerable pursuit. Their belief in me laid the foundation for what I’ve created, and I will forever be grateful that the Lord put each one of them in my life. 

Especially meaningful to me is the loving influence of my sweet grandfather, Jack Brooks Yates “Gandy.” His gentle wisdom, servant-heartedness, generosity and Christlike compassion not only helped shape my career path, but also served as the perfect example of living a life of love and purpose. Gandy passed away on November 8, 2023, before I had the chance to share with him the jewelry line he inspired. But I can’t help but fill with tears imagining him looking down proudly as he sees it now .
